Approach

I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral approach. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is empirically supported, which means - it works! The focus of CBT is looking at how thoughts influence our mood and behavior. I am also experienced in Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, or an eclectic approach based on your needs. Ultimately, I will offer a safe space. I believe in being open-minded and non-judgmental when someone shares their personal story or experiences with me.

Life is complicated and we all have experiences - some positive and some negative. If you’re struggling with symptoms of depression or anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, or any other transitions in life, I can help you explore and offer guidance all from the comfort of your own home.


 
 

Children and Adolescents

I offer services to children and adolescents as well, starting at 6 years of age. My experience with children under 12 years old is mostly related to anxiety disorders.
